i like to write whatever comes to me. sometimes i like tow rite in the third person or just rant about whatever is stressing me out. i also cut to relieve stress tho i don't recommend you do the same.

i have multiply ways of dealing. i think of my faveorite songs in my head and repeat them for a while to cool off. other times, if someone else angers me, then i just say, "well, if that is what they think of me, why should i care any more about them than they think of me?" or, sometimes, i just think that things could be a lot worse off than i have them now, and then i just think of all the good things that have happened to me in the past.

you now i can be hurt very easily so when it happens i eather go to my room shut the door and listen to loud music eather i go out to the park....but m0stly people never now if i'm happy or sad...i may be smilling outside but burning of anger inside...so its your desecion weather to hide your feelings or let it out or just do sumting to cool it of

i don't really get stressed, i do get extremely angry though. i have a lot of bottled up anger from when i was bullied as a child and no one was there for me. I meditate as a short term remedy and i do karate which helps me vent my anger out and teaches me how to kick ass while i'm at it!
